Abstract

Background and objective: Good supervisory performance is based on trained people who understand their professional role and follow standards and processes in their work environment. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing and compiling the field of health supervision at the master's level.
Research method: This research is a qualitative study that was conducted in 1402. In this study, the research community includes; The experts and experts were in the fields of education, management and supervision, and purposeful sampling was done among 15 people, and having at least a master's degree, at least 15 years of work experience in the field of evaluation and supervision was the condition for entering the study. The data collection method included a semi-structured interview, and for data analysis, the frequency of open, central and selective codes was used to code the conducted interviews.
Findings: The results of a qualitative study on four main themes; The necessity of creating a field, the dimensions of the field, courses/content, and students/applicants were identified and extracted.
Conclusion: Considering the necessity of creating a university field in the field of health monitoring, it is suggested that by using the findings of this research and the experiences of other successful universities in the world, the preparations for the establishment of a field of health monitoring in the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education should be made

Abstract [Persian]

زمینه و هدف: عملکرد خوب نظارتی مبتنی بر افراد آموزش دیده‌ای است که نقش حرفه‌ای خود را درک کرده و در محیط کار خود از استانداردها و فرآیندها پیروی می‌کنند. لذا‌ این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و تدوین رشته نظارت بر سلامت در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد انجام گردید.
روش بررسی: ‌این پژوهش، یک مطالعه کیفی است که در سال 1402 انجام شد. در ‌این مطالعه جامعه پژوهش شامل؛ خبرگان، متخصصان و صاحب نظران حوزه آموزش، مدیریت و نظارت بودند و نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند در بین 15 نفر انجام شد که داشتن حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و تجربه کاری حداقل 15 سال در زمینه ارزیابی و نظارت شرط ورود به مطالعه بود. روش گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از فراوانی کدهای باز، محوری و انتخابی و جهت کدگذاری مصاحبه‌های انجام شده و طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها از نرم افزار MAXQDA11 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه کیفی در چهار درون‌مایه اصلی؛ ضرورت ایجاد رشته، ابعاد رشته، دروس یا محتوا و دانش آموخته یا متقاضی شناسایی و استخراج شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ضرورت ایجاد یک رشته دانشگاهی در حوزه نظارت بر سلامت پیشنهاد می‌گردد، با بهره‌گیری از یافته‌های این پژوهش و سایر تجارب دانشگاه‌های موفق در دنیا، مقدمات‌ ایجاد رشته نظارت بر سلامت در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی فراهم گردد.
